Johnstown PA is very a very depressed area and the schools are horrible. The people there probably don't even know who he is, or can afford a newspaper. To get him out, someone would have to invest in the area, create jobs, educate the people.
Educate what???? They are just part of the 2/3 Americans that are brain dead.
