The only thing that would convince me that it isn't a rushed "Allah Akbar" is if the cop(s) who directly engaged the shooter says it wasn't. The FBI has already decided to avoid a Muslim terrorist connection.
This killing spree only happened a few days ago. The FBI hasn't had time to go through all his cell phone or home phone records. Or to see if he had a computer.
Then the FBI would go and interview everyone he talked too, or worked with, or whose Telephone number he had.
This would take at best weeks to come to a conclusion about whether he acted alone or for whatever reason.
But they have reached a conclusion in a few days. Ridiculous. - tom

Clinton's bombing was in 1999 on behalf of the Kosovo Albanians. There might have been a few token strikes in 1995 in Bosnia before the Dayton peace talks, but I don't think any sizable number of people were killed by them, if any.
