Candidates rarely know the background details of all their donors.

That didn't matter to some here last night on the other thread that was linked in earlier.

Now it does.. wow.

"Posting an article from over 7 years ago, wow! Gotta reach far there."

So when you credit Rudy for his "heroism" (which is yet to really be defined specifically) that is okay for you? Just what is the dividing line for dates? This article ties Rudy and his campaign then to organized crime. That says something about character, no matter how old. A leopard cannot change its spots.

Interesting implications.. wonder how many republicans in the Senate(and other places) the Russian Mafia controls.. intimidates.. or has had their familys, reputation, or lives threatened..

The RIGHT WING seems to have completely vanished in Washington D.C...
(( VANISHED )).. Except for a very few examples.. in the House that is..

The FBI and CIA seems to be worthless..
Sandy Burgular is still laughing at them..
And the border agents are still in prison..

Blonde Management Corp.?

sounds like a hair-raising kind of place as described herein.

Thanks for posting, even if it is "old news".

But Kislin said that he and his company were cleared of any suspicion in that investigation and that he received a letter from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles in 1996 notifying him that he no longer was a target. He provided the Center with a copy of the letter, which says, in part, that the prosecutors had "declined to pursue a civil penalty action against Trans Commodities or Sam Kislin."

In 1996? The Feds cleared him of any charges under a Clinton Administration? More of the same on this website. This is starting to make FR look foolish when people don't bother to read.

Gee, this sounds EXACTLY like what happened to Duncan Hunter....

Hold your horses, forum stalker. You're comparing apples with oranges.

Rudy's funding ties to mobsters are completely revelant since Rudy's entire premise for running is his claim that he is Mr Wonderful, the unblemished hero, America's Mayor---so pure of heart.

Next thing you know Rudy'll declare he's never been kissed (rolls eyes).

Hunter has made no such claims and for all we know this link may be bogus info the Rudynuts are handing out to discredit anyone who dares challenge Mr (gag) Wonderful.

This character Kislin is still kicking around, and probably donating. With his history, Kislin sure would love to buy a friend in the WH.....in case he needs a pardon.

The source for this thread is not a thread from the FR archive, interesting but not surprising you should try to portray it as such

Are those your words to me? I just looked again and yes, yes they are.

So when I asked you which part of my initial post makes it sound like I'm trying to tell people that this article is from the FR archive, you couldn't do it. This was my initial post:

"Gee, this sounds EXACTLY like what happened to Duncan Hunter. I'll wait while freepers express their righteous indignation about that little matter. One of several articles: http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1076469/posts"

So long as you don't mind not backing up your own words, that's on you.

[.. Posting an article from over 7 years ago, wow! Gotta reach far there. Why are you not posting articles about Hillary Clinton? Unless you have an agenda and want her to win. ..]

Actually its a mystery how the right wing totally disappeared after 1992/4.. starting to notice in 1999, and now in 2007 its painfully obvious an organized right wing is non-existant in the United States...

How could this have happened.?. The implications of this are enormous...

I like Duncan Hunter but he can never beat Hillary Clinton in a national election IMO. Are you okay with a 100% liberal agenda of stealing FBI files on people, more sexacapdees in the whitehouse, abuse of power, using the IRS to target enemies again, scocialism and communism flourishing from the whitehouse? I am not. I like Hunter a lot but he can't beat Hillary. I am a realist. I wish he could. My vote will go to the person I see that can beat Hillary. I will not beat up on any of the GOP candidates period.

Pretty desperate on the part of some Freepers when they have to post articles from 1999 to try and pin something on Rudy all because they have nothing to show for their own dull candidates. But I guess they will do their little "WE GOT RUDY JIGGLY DANCE!" to an empty room.

$14,000 over a period of four years is not exactly huge-----yes, but consider not the amount, but from where it emanates.

Folks here have their own minds, but nice of you to try to further the debate and go off topic and make it not about Rudy or Duncan but about me. Thanks, but I'm not running for anything,
Are you?

Jiggly dancing causes osteoporosis. The only known cure is wiggling while drinking milk, which gets messy.

IMO I do not see Peach out there knocking GOP candidates like yourself. So funny some conservatives that loved Ronald Reagan, like I did and do, forget it was he that said though shall not speak ill of a fellow republican. Maybe we should all try and remember that one because to Reagan it was the 11th commandment. If Guiliani, Hunter, McCain, Romney, etc. get the nomination from the GOP, I will support them 110%. Until that time, we should be attacking our true enemy, the left and not our own.

I just finished reading the 2004 thread that was used to try to slander Hunter. I got to say it is the most pathetic attempt by anyone I have ever seen at FR. Thanks for the ping and post!

Anyone here with half a brain can see what you tried to allege and just how incorrect you are. You're the one who tried to make it about something I said which I didn't say. But carry on.
