We just got word from our Budget Office that a CRA will be signed that will go through Sept 30. Essentially 9 appropriations will be capped at FY06 levels. This coupled with the continued increase in revenues guarantee a reduced deficit. Look for the Dems to take credit for this when in fact it will be the result of Congressional inaction.
