They can't afford to acknowledge that the war is winnable and then argue we need to pull the troops out immediately.

That's not a surprise. The shame is that too many uninformed voters in 2006 did not realize that by voting the bums out, they voted Pelosi into a position of power that she never should have. I swear this country votes either for or against Republicans. The Democrats are simply the beneficiaries of the results.
