Rudy specifically does not blame global warming on only man-made pollution. In fact he goes out of his way to say that there are natural forces at work as well. What Rudy has done however is very clever and shows how good he is at politics. He's turned the question around to talk about pollution in a broad sense and to illustrate that loudmouths like Gore and the liberal fools have no answers to the problems of pollution. It is moments like this that show how Rudy is a calculating and clever politician who can turn a potential negative question into a very positive answer. It also illustrates to the American voter that conservatives truly do believe in conservation of the environment, we just do it by seeking solutions that are based on real science and not the fake politicized science.
