That doesn't really wash. You can't claim on the one hand that we should vote for Rudy to draw in moderates and then also say that Rudy supporters will vote for a conservative if the conservative wins. The fact that Rudy draws liberals should tell you that if he loses many of his supporters will not vote for the Republican. Isn't that Rudy's selling point? That he will draw voters who wouldn't otherwise vote Republican?

For me the issue is conscience. I cannot support certain things no matter what.

"The earth is the Lord's and everything in it." I answer to God for what I do. Ultimately He is the only one who can make us safe and secure, not to mention happy. So I am not voting on the basis of who can make us safer. We protect ourselves in vain if we pay no attention to the laws of God. If we glorify immorality and condone baby killing then we will fall under God's judgment, and no amount of attention to our military and other security measures can protect us from that.

Uhm... Rudy-supporters in the GOP primary, not in the general election. The fact that Rudy draws liberals should tell you that if he loses many of his supporters will not vote for the Republican.

He's not drawing liberals, he's drawing moderate conservatives and centrists who want a strong leader, and who might be disenchanted by the current GOP leadership.

You're like a poor man who wants to be rich, but refuses to work or do anything at all, because he says that only God can make him rich.

. If we glorify immorality and condone baby killing then we will fall under God's judgment,

34 years have passed since Roe, and nothing yet. Apparantly, God isn't too keen on destroying the Land of the Free, contrary to your baseless assertions.
