In the Technology popup, there is the phrase '...corporations today spend more on tort liability than they do on R&D.' It's not a quote attributed to Gov. Romney, but a preamble to a quote attributed to him on Kudlow and Co. While there may be *some* companies this fits, but it seems a significantly overblown blanket statement.
This guy looks and acts presidential but his politics I have found to be very similiar to John Kerry. Flip flopping.
I dont see how he can reconcile his previous statements and now.
