Has anyone noticed that the good looking, articulate, intelligent women tend to migrate toward the conservative side of the ledger? And, that those with the antithesis of these same attributes tend to migrate toward the liberal side of the ledger? To put it in straight Texas talk; liberal women tend to be coyote ugly, dumb and dumber, and yell and scream all the time. If you doubt me, just take a look at the CNN gal talking heads, heh, heh....
So true - the smartest and best looking are on our side of the aisle. Perhaps those with low self esteem - because of inadequacies (prone to temper tantrums) - take shelter under the 'I'll take care of you' blanket. And there is always an abundance of those who prey on the less fortunate/needy with promises.
