I can't think of any Man in the Last Century other than Ronald Reagan who has done more for Conservatism. I know Michael Savage hates him but consider the source. GWB has been a gift. If we had a Congress that had attacked earmarks immediately when they became a question, that took the reasons to bring meaningless indictments against GOP leaders away by matching rules with the Dems, and who knew how to respond to trumped up allegations instead of looking like Deer in the headlights. Then we would be singing a different tune at this point in time.
The conservatives who sat on their hands to teach this congress a lesson instead learned their own lesson. That the country is more important than a pout fit, 50,000 votes would have made all of the difference.
Ultimately though, the lesson we have to get through the heads of Congress is that some things will not be forgiven and that if the National party wants to support gutless RINO Chaffee wannabees they will lose every time.
The Dems are still out thinking us and outmaneuvering us. We need more good ideas Ann.
