I have no idea what a 'ping' list is, but if it has to do with Newt and furthering the possibility he could be our nominee in 2008 then ADD ME TO IT!

I know he has baggage, and I know the press would be out to get him, but that's what campaigns are for. If he's as good as I think he is then he will use the campaign to convince enough people to vote for him to win in 2008.

OTOH, if he doesn't have what it takes that will come out too. I think a team of him and Rudy, in either order, would be a winning ticket.

I also think that both ABM and Hillary are going to have problems in the long run. Obama seems very fragile to me and I think that no matter how much you hate George W. Bush a couple of years of all-Hilliary, all-the-time on the campaign trail will prove to be just too much!

It just means that when there is an article posted about Newt that I will post a reply to everyone on the list, and you will see a "New Posts to You" on the main forum page. Then, when you go into your "New Posts to You" page, you'll see the "ping" and if you click on the title of the article above it, you can read it.
