WHEN IT COMES TO THE WAR IN IRAQ,THE FUNDING FLAP IS PHONY. MINNESOTA CONGRESSMAN TIM WALZ SAYS HE AND OTHER DEMOCRATS CAN'T REALLY CUT OFF FUNDING FOR THE WAR.
But Democrats would cut off re-enforcements for the Military.
