Gee, I thought hurtling your body full speed against another oversized body traveling in the oposite direction was good for you. I mean, you destroy a lot of cells that way and the body rebuilds new, healthy ones, kinda like exfoliating your skin, right?

I recall being told in high school, by the captain of the high school football team, exactly what he felt like during the game.
This how he described it: You know how you feel with you are on the "tilt-a-wheel", dizzy, disoriented and about to vomit? That's how I feel after I've been hit or after I've hit somebody. It lasts the whole game.
It should not take a genius to predict that such mistreament of the body is injurious.
All of our choices have ramifications. Choose well.
