It's a stupid concept anyway. The court has no idea who is driving the car. It's like arresting someone because their stolen car was involved in a bank robbery.
Let's see if the owner will show up in court, say the picture is not me, but that's my car and then let a judge decide if the face he or she observes looks like the person standing in front of the judge.
