It reminds me of Kerry's testimony before Congress in 1971, "How do you ask someone to be the last man to die for a mistake?" Remarks like Obama's undermine the morale of our military and hinder recruitment and retention. Writing off the lives of more than 3000 Americans who liberated a country of 25 million as "wasted" is just stupid. I wonder how he feels about the lives lost in Afghanistan.

Not sure about Afghanistan. The dems seems to not be able to find anything bad about that war. Iraq appears to be their thorn in the side.

Liberals view the military as evil. Obama was being completely candid. He's a hard-core Leftist and don't let his charm fool you. He meant what he said before he "apologized" for it.
