You are missing the point and reading the issue simplistically. I never said that Giuliani opposed abortion merely that no one has shown me where he says that Roe v Wade is good law. There is a huge difference to anyone who values the Constitution.

The only thing I could find (so far) is a reference to a 2000 interview on-This Week with Cokie Roberts and Sam Donaldson, where Giuliani called Roe, "good law".
I haven't yet, had any luck finding a transcript.
