As a cancer survivor I fully understand how it takes over your life. It is usually a matter of life and death either in reality or at least in the mind of the cancer victim. You quickly turn your life to loved ones and fighting your cancer.

I suggest that you tell that to babygene, though. He claims to have gone through it, but he's the one who made the cavalier remarks.
