I saw this story over the weekend, and almost blogged about it. I admit I haven't watched the video, but I've read the transcript a couple of times.

I'm not so sure that she's saying he could get shot at a gas station because he's black.

The way I ~read~ it is that she's not going to spend time worrying about him getting shot at a black Presidential candidate, because he could ~just as easily~ get shot going to the gas station.
