I never said this guy was 100% innocent.
However, many people that are 100% innocent end up in prison every year.

Why would you think it might be me? I don't drink and drive, I don't consume illegal substances, I don't shoplift, I don't drive without proof of insurance, I have a valid disabled parking tag, and I don't mouth off to law enforcement.
You are right about wrongful convictions. While it is not the norm it happens enough that everyone is at risk to some degree. Sad but true.
