I think we should all praise the IPCC for solving the global warming problem. Before their report we were in the middle of one of the mildest winters ever. Since the report, we have not seen tempretures above freezing and are due for another large snowfall. Thank you IPCC for fixing the 'problem'!

In Ohio, we have a chance to break one of the almost untouchable records of the 1970s. That is, we are having the coldest February EVER and are running anywhere from 4 - 8 degrees below the record setting month of Febraury 1978.

This has nothing to do with either an upcoming Ice Age or Global Warming and everything to do with a weak El Nino. Many scientists think that the weak El Ninos of 76-77 and 77-78 were the main cause for those cold Winters. Similar to those El Ninos, we are now having a weak El Nino and similar weather conditions.

BTW - Ohio records date back to @1865.

They didn't save us from global warming here in Arizona. Before their report we were getting lows in the 20's and highs in the 50's to 60's. Since we have hit the 80's twice and stayed in the 50's most nights. Of course as I write this, our local news tells us tommorrow will be cooler and a good chance of rain. I am so confused. Paging Al Gore.
