Damn, that was funny!

But seriously, outside of FR, we need to talk the guy up with our liberal acquaintances. We need to make him look electable.

Think about it, there will be only two candidates for the Rat nomination, Hillary, and the anti-Hillary. The hard left will need someone to back, since they regard her as financed by corporate interests, and they forever condemn her for her vote for the war. Why not have Obama be that anti-Hillary? He's as empty as the heads of the moonbats on that side of the party. Any Republican that ends up with the nomination will be able to beat him.

We also have the potential bonus of having Hillary permanently anger the black and minority vote when she goes medieval on his ass as it comes down to the wire. Those voters already will never vote Republican, why not make good and sure they never vote for the DLC's picks, either?

We get a generation of far left Rat Presidential candidates that are easy for Republicans to pick off every four years. The only Rats that won the White House since 1960 are southern politicians who were perceived as centrists when they ran for the office. The McGoverns, Dukakises, Mondales, and Humphreys need to be joined by Osama.

Obama said, "The time has come for universal health care in America . . . I am absolutely determined that by the end of the first term of the next president, we should have universal health care in this country."

I know that Saddam poses no imminent and direct threat to the United States, or to his neighbors...

Obama also called for a phased withdrawal of American troops starting in 2007, and an opening of diplomatic dialogue with Iraq's neighbors, Syria and Iran.

Memories of 1980 at Occidental College's Haines Hall have the standard fragments of the era: stereos blasting the B-52's through the dorm, pot-fueled bull sessions about the revival of draft registration, late-night cramming for economics exams.

That otherwise private nostalgia took on public significance this month when a former Haines Hall resident from Hawaii known at the time as Barry (Obama) announced that he was forming an exploratory committee to run for president of the United States.

Obama wrote about his search for a racial identity and said he often hung out with other black students at Occidental but also "the foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets … When we ground out our cigarettes in the hallway carpet or set our stereos so loud that the walls began to shake, we were resisting bourgeois society's stifling constraints."

He was “Barry” until he went to college. Then he became the tribal Barack. But on his first visit to his “roots” in Kenya, he once again succumbs to “Barry,” because that is what his father and family called him.

He apparently held and still holds Kenyan-American dual nationality, but has scrupulously avoided any discussion of his “dual” status.

Barry or Barack, the man has not ever mentioned America as the land he loves. I seriously doubt he has ever traveled around this great country. Unlike a Teddy Roosevelt or Ronald Reagan and other true visionaries for America, Obama is running on the well worn cliché of a “better world” rather than the business of running a huge government full of waste and to say the least, overbearing. Americans are among the luckiest people in the world today. There will always be those that fall through the cracks but the other 97% live very well. Barry or Barack, is full of Kum By Ay that imho doesn’t see or understand the Capitalist nature of America or how hard work and responsibility put food on the table, clothes on your back, or educate your children, not the government – his view is all should be equal – a position that will never happen, human nature is to succeed, to be free AND bigger government, his vision, merely enslaves by giving even more entitlements our hard working Founding Fathers never intended for a free nation.
