So you are a fan of someone who's career was kept alive by organized crime? Interesting... Oh expound on that statement. How exactly was his career "kept alive" by organized crime except for the fact that he was putting those types in PRISON as a prosecutor and then a mayor?
I thought being tough on crime was a good CONSERVATIVE tenant. I'm holding my breath for a response.

I was talking about Sinatra. (And then only tongue in cheek). However it is common knowledge that a mafia boss helped Sinatra get out of his contract with the Dorsey band. It is debatable as to whether the same pressure allowed Frankie to get the lead in movie that resurrected his career.
