A cut and run, wet behind the ears dim giving John Howard advice? Obama Hussein isn't even good enough to carry John Howards jock.

The big question I have - and the reason why the idea of President Barak Obama is a big concern for Australia, moreso than a President Hilary Clinton would be, is whose side would Obama be on in the event of a conflict between Australia and Indonesia? If you have to ask that question, then you probably already know the answer.

Ignorance. The US is 15 times larger than Australia, and no western/allied nation maintains the proportional military that we do save Korea and Israel. He should keep up this rhetoric though; hopefully he'll be nominated and then flushed.

Let's put things in perspective:
The United States has ABOUT 300 million people. (Who knows how many illegals we have.)
The Aussies have about 20 million.
So for the Aussies to equal the American participation on Iraq by quota share, they would only have to send an additional 8,000 troops, not the 20,000 Husseain-Osama-Obama claims.
If a REPUBLICAN made that gross a mathematical error, it would be headline news for a week.

When Mr. Howard walks you can hear the sound of click-clack, click-clack being emitted from his slacks. All we are hearing from our congress and administration is dead silence.

Wow, Ears must be eating his Wheaties lately.
Obamamania has got him dominating the news this weekend...the Pantsuit must be pretty peeved. Nobody is paying attention to her house parties in NH (where Drudge reported she mentioned Bill about 15 times).

So what exactly doe the junior senator from Minnesota want? Either he wants all the troops out or more sent in. Those are his current two positions. Perhaps tomorrow he'll want to maintain them at current levels as well.

By the way, as regards the Falklands, the Argentines were clearly in the wrong. They should be grateful Margaret did not let loose her subs aside from the Belgrano, or their entire fleet would have been on the bottom of the ocean.

So the troops from Australia already risking their lives are empty rhetoric? This coming from the empty suit himself that only won election because Ditka chose not to run and Ryan decided to become that state's Taft.
Someone tell Obama he's a freshmen, anyway, and must wait for Turbin to slam the Australian troops before his turn is up.
