I am not saying have an abortion.
Fix that law if you don't want abortion.
Currently, psychological abuse is NOT a crime. Can we get THAT criminalized? Or is that asking too much?
You apparently missed the parts where I already know that scinece proved that the embryo is living. You also missed the part where the focus should be on adoption and not seeing the roto rooter man.
Can you, personally, change the law? Can Rudy? Can anyone? My guess is probably not. So why not focus on alternatives to abortion and push those?
Did you ever watch Schoolhouse Rocks? "I'm just a bill on Capitol Hill"? Our laws are not set in stone and I am trying to fix that law. No, I'm not a lawmaker, so I can't personally change the law, but I can protest a law and work with other like-minded individuals within the system to have my elected officials change the law. This law can be changed and I'll continue to work for it to be changed and that does not rule out working to increase awareness of alternatives to abortion at the same time. I can multi-task. I'm not going to stick my head in the sand and say outlawing abortion is too hard so I'm not going to even focus on it.
Having said that, my objections to Guiliani as a candidate go far far beyond the abortion issue. I'm tired of being labeled as a 'one issue' voter when I voice my opinions about Guiliani's views. I feel like we are being manipulated to look like one issue loons sometimes. This is just one issue and there are so many more issues where Guiliani and the average conservative voter part ways.
