You left out the deputy sheriff down there on the border who is the latest victim of the justice department because he tried to defent himself and his superiors reported the shooting to the Mexican Consulate who, in turn, complained to the FBI here in the USA and now is going the same way as Ramos and Compean.
Because the dems don't want it and in fact neither does the POTUS. They approved this fence and didn't fund it.

Bush also can't analyze every case the DOJ prosecutes and there is a specific process for pardons. So where is your fine Duncan Hunter and Tancredo? Have they been asking the President to pardon the border patrol agents?

I have listened to many a libber around here absolutely fuming about the situation with the illegal invasion; they feel none of that bleeding heart sympathy and guilt for the illegals. In fact, one lib said to me last week, the illegals should be shot on sight at the border.
Other than that, they never talk about what can be done or who can do it. So, once again, they are useless whiners and hypocrites.
It's close enough. Bush has been such a disappointment on immigration.
