Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., said that ultimately Iran wants a stable Iraq and that the United States needs to engage in diplomacy.

The "D" stands for duped, or maybe dope..

The way I see it is that the dems have expended a lot of hot air to the opinion that contrary to history, Pres. Bush had NO intelligence that we needed to go to war with Iraq....

Now, they are saying the same thing about Iran.

I would love to have someone ask one of the many, many Senators that are running for POTUS from the dem's side, how they, then, would handle intelligence coming in that Iran does have a nuke and it is coming our way???

Would they wait until it takes out half of America?? Would they wait until they take out all of Israel??

And, for the ones that DID vote to go to war in Iraq, based on the intelligence that Bush had...are they now saying we should TRUST them if they claim they were "duped" by their own POTUS??

How could then then deal with say, Putin??

They did, and they did.

Sen. John Cornyn (news, bio, voting record), R-Texas, spoke in more aggressive tones, saying that "we have to do everything within our power to stop" any cross-border flow.

At the least we need to show a political resolve showing a willingness to thwart any help Iran is giving the terrorist in Iraq.

I disagree with all of these Senators. The Democrats simply want to ignore Iran and fight Bush. They're basically Iran's apologists due to their blind hatred for Bush. Lott wants a policy of interdiction that will work as well as the effort we have on our own borders when stopping illegal immigrants.

We must get beyond the idea that only a proportional response is what's called for. Iran has in effect killed hundreds of Americans, probably thousands of Iraqis, thousands of Lebanese, and scores of Israelis through its support for terrorist proxies armed, equipped, and trained by Iran.

Maybe the Democrats do want to give Iran a pass. After all, Iran's policies and practice are probably not something that bothers them. Their main concern is how can they undermine the president and regain power. But I don't want to give Iran a pass or treat them as a de facto ally in the war against Bush. For the sake of humanity and civilization, I want Iran's military broken; it's training camps for terrorists destroyed; it's military infrastructure completely destroyed (military airfields and military planes and helicopters; ammunition storage areas, navy ships, missiles and rockets, military motor pools, etc. all destroyed). There must be a very high price paid by Iran before it goes nuclear. In fact, obviously its nuclear research facilities and their ancillary support network must be obliterated. The Democrats will appease Iran until it controls most of the world's oil, fulfills its often openly stated goal of destroying the Israeli nation, and can dictate the terms of what is acceptable to it in the world. WE must decide soon who will win the war on terror - the free peoples who govern themselves - albeit with errors and folly - or the mad mullahs in Iran whose corruption and cruelty is persistently evil and the most expansionistic threat via proxies that we've faced since the Cold War. America needs to wake up to the present danger Iran presents and has presented for nearly 30 years.

I wrote this about Obama..but frankly,
it applies to all these cowardly chimera
that present themselves as Democrats.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oh PAHHHH-LEEEEEEEESE!
Obama invokes Lincoln, who stood up to
the winds of War, Misery, Misfortue and
uncertain destiny, with his beliefs, and
moved forward into the raging tespest, and
declares affinity with him, as Obama demands
retreat, uncertainty, to shirk from battle, and
from inevitable destiny, as a cowrad runs away,
dying a thousand deaths, rather than to stahnd
and face a bully, and accept what may come....
AZnd apparently, even *small* bullies, intimidate
those that now claim the mantle of the Democrats.
Obama retorts to Howard, like a boy retorts
to a friend admonishing him, not to back away
from the intimidation and shame but to stand
firm.....
"Well if you're so tough, why don't *you* fight him??"
Obama does not comport the steel in the
backbone it takes to be the Commander in
Chief.. .of even a *small* country.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Skeptical congressional Democrats said Sunday the Bush administration should move cautiously before accusing Iran of fomenting a campaign of violence against U.S. troops in Iraq.

It wasn't too long ago that the Dems were complaining of us not having enough troops in Iraq, and asking why we invaded Iraq instead of Iran - the more serious problem.

This image provided by the U.S. military on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007 shows what officials call 'explosively formed penetrators,'or EFPs. U.S. military officials on Sunday accused the highest levels of the Iranian leadership of arming Shiite militants in Iraq with the sophisticated armor-piercing roadside bombs that have killed more than 170 American forces. Karl Rove, you magnificent bastard!!! Well, not really. The Roves of the world are as responsible for the strength of the insurgents and other terrorists that our troops are in mortal combat with in Iraq (wouldn't say the same for Afganistan, but...). Rove's boss has a resurgent insurgency to fight over here now, too. Fair's fair, and I wouldn't forgive him if he were to cut and run. Especially when the enemy is well on the way to commiting a major blunder.

This is the sh6t that borders on dereliction of duty and cowardice. Iranians are killing Americans and these asswipes want to play politics. Disgusting pukes.

Only the press and the Democrats would think they fool voters into thinking that John Kerry isn't a self-serving traitor.
