Not any more!
In 1995 I had planned to spend some time in Mexico each year; unfortunately I am fluent is Spanish (but don't look it). When I realized the true conditions, as opposed to what the tourists are told and read, I quit going.
What are the true conditions in Mexico?
Just so I know why not to holiday or retire to there.
