This is America, we should be able to wear/carry whatever the h we want to. Also, if the white boys that go to Tarleton State want to have a black rap party, they should be able to. We are free in America. I'm sick of all this.

That is the point as I see it.

I bow to no one in my loathing of that flag & symbol. This is not about the flag (or at least it should not be). It is about the 1st amendment.

The 1st amendment was designed to protect UNpopular speech. By definition, popular speech needs no defending.

It was not vulgar. I was not clothing like an aggressive t-shirt aimed at creating controversy. It was the BF symbol on a purse.

I hope the school loses big. If they have not already, the kids should contact the ACLJ.
