I disagree. Have you seen him on CNN (slammig Wolf Blitzer on Iraq) or his Guantanamo-meal presentation? He is funny, straightforward and articulate. Not boring at all.
BTW President Bush isn't the best in rhetorics, too. He was elected twice... and Kerry was so "articulate, educated and well-spoken".
Speaking ability has little to do with it. The fact that Hunter has developed many political enemies in the media is a sure problem for him. Trust me on this.
