A bullet in his head would have been agood start. Drug dealer attempts to move weight to America. Good Border Agent kills drug running scum. Drug cartels would begin to understand. Not here in America! Stupid people (quite possibly on someone else's payroll, that has other than America's interest at heart) like Sutton, give the enemy immunity to keep the drugs flowing. Molly coddle the criminal.
If anyone here in FR got caught with a load of 700+ pounds of pot, they'd be rotting in jail. Thanks for choosing to help try and sink my country Sutton. Hope you, and all your dumba$$, and stupid buddies go down for this corruption of the American Justice system. Maybe Sutton could tell us what the sell out price is?

Drug pushers are low life scum who need to be tried and executed when they persist. Foreign drug dealers should be shot on sight, no quarter given to foreigners who try to make a buck off poisoning our children

See, here's one of those people who thinks that even if they are guilty they did us a favor shooting the guy.
But of course, as the informed pro-amnesty folks (amnesty for the BP agents) know, at the time they shot at the man, they did not know he was an illegal, OR that he had drugs in his van. All they knew was he was driving a van, he wouldn't stop when they persued him, and then he jumped out and ran toward mexico.
We don't usually shoot people in the head for that.
Nor do we usually use capital punishment for convicted marijuana dealers. Or allow our law enforcement to be judge, jury, and executioner.
