Absolutely. There were documented cases of it during the 80s in which organ donors who did not know their HIV status passed the virus on to unsuspecting recipients.

While this is a possibility I wouldn't discount the sharing of needles either for recreational drug use or even steroid injections by other team members. It would be interesting to know if the team was quietly screening for HIV. No matter what the source he is a compulsive liar and a threat to society

However, some of these gals have to own up to being enablers. Since he was a well-known athlete, he could not hide his marital status, especially if someone wanted to know. What is her HIV status?
