Rather than "dropping evidence", they need to drop some high powered explosives on:
"The border crossing at Mehran is identified as a major crossing point for the smuggling of money and weapons for Shiite militants, according to the intelligence."
The administration can't understand that if you're going to make an omelet, you're going to break some eggs.
