Her Mom is a retired HPD cop. The Mom is extremely scared that the life of this baby is at stake. She wants to take her back to the states find out who the father is and put that baby in the hands of the real father. She is certain the father is the guy in California not Stern.

The Mom feels her daughter died from drugs....she had many many telephone conversations with her daughter and every time her daughter was so out of it on drugs it was impossible to have a descent conversation with her.

"Stern was with Smith's son Daniel when he died from drug-related causes in Smith's hospital room on Sept. 10, three days after she gave birth to her daughter. He was accused by Smith's mother of supplying drugs to Daniel and went on Larry King's show on CNN, vehemently denying he did so.

Questions are likely to be asked of him again as he was on the scene when paramedics arrived to try and revive Smith,39, according to Captain Dan Fitzgerald of Hollywood Fire and Rescue."

There appears to be no drugs in Smith's bloodstream and the autopsy notes "blood in her stomach from trauma".

The medical examiner never said there were no drugs in Anna Nicole's bloodstream. Blood tests are still pending. What he said was that there were no undigested pills in her stomach. This makes a deliberate suicide somehwat less likely; otherwise, not terribly significant.

Pill addicts tend to exclude from their lives anyone who pressures them to get clean. I think this was the problem with Birkhead -- he wanted Anna to get off drugs while she was pregnant.

>Aside from her mom, who gives a sh!t?

My impression is
the media makes BIG BUCKS
from the BIG RATINGS

when they do stories
about this dumb-ass woman.
It seems there must be

a demographic
population out there that's
defined something like

"drunk, Wal-Mart shoppers
who live in filthy trailers
"
because I can't see

any other group
thinking Anna Nicole Smith
is interesting.

blood in her stomach from trauma

This - according to an EMT on FoxNews - is normal when CPR is performed. It also - quite likely - caused the slight swelling of her heart.

Time for THE LIST!!!!!

This case has not been so much about the Tabloid Anna Nicole Smith, but the legal crises surrounding;
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant's mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Possible religious bias against a Southern Baptist/Christian upbringing for a child who had a GODMOTHER appointed by her mother, who had a "Baptist" minister perform a "committment ceremony". Will the self-appointed father honor this religious affiliation or circumvent it?

WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES COULD PUT ALL OF US IN JEOPARDY.

A REVIEW OF ALL THE "LEGAL" RULINGS TO DATE SHOULD REMIND US TO NEVER LEAVE OUR AFFAIRS IN THE HANDS OF LAWYERS OR JUDGES.

Just read your response. God Bless you! I’m a foster parent myself.
