for 1.4 billion $$ or whatever it is, you betcha follow the money..
I'm surprised the authorities are not putting 2 and 2 together. The mother sure did.
I am sure the authorities are considering this possibility. However they will need to keep this part of the investigation very quiet until if and when they have any evidence to support the suspicion.
If anybody
with any connection to
Anna Nicole Smith
attempted to add
2 and 2, they'd probably
trip and hurt themselves . . .
It's rather clear to me that ole Howie Stern, the lawyer that doesn't work ... ONLY wanted her money. Anna was the breadwinner for ALL of them. BUT with mega millions in the wings, why bother to put up with her? So he didn't. He murdered the kid through drugs and now his mother. He's getting away with murder not once but looks like twice. He was emboldened. Hope the baby doesn't have some "tragic accident" too ... . What's a man going to do with a baby that most likely is NOT his?
Yep. Pretty scary. Her death is a tragedy for those who loved her. Her 'husband' was not one of those. I'm hoping that her not-sanctioned-by-law marriage ceremony won't hold up in court. I never thought she deserved millions from the Marshall estate but I do hope that the baby is taken care of by people who love her.
"for 1.4 billion $$ or whatever it is, you betcha follow the money.."
I hope some judge will realize that the little girl is nothing but the means to a fortune to some folks and will intervene to give her the life she deserves.
Aside from her mom, who gives a sh!t?
"She refused to submit the baby to paternity testing which tells me that the baby isn't Stern's. Again, no money in it for him."
It appears that Howie's name is on the Birth Certificate as the father and according to Howie's lawyer, this trumps any blood relation in California.
He does get the money and he will refuse the paternity test.
Someone needs to check and see if any of the Kennedy's were in town.
Huckabee complains that the story is distracting from important things like the Presidential campaigns. Truth is this story is far more important than his campaign.
I wouldn't count on quick and prudent action in the custody battle. It's been five months since indepdendent pathologist Wecht blamed Daniel's death on methodone and other drugs, but authorities in the Bahamas haven't even gotten around to the inquest. Now there's another death, probably also related to methodone -- a drug usually taken only under close medical supervision.
Howard K. Stern went jurisdiction shopping, and found a country that seems unlikely to interfere with his plans. He seems to be well connected in the Bahamas.
The Kennedy's?
"Howard K. Stern went jurisdiction shopping,"
That is another significant development in this story.
I suspect Stern looked at Anna's family situation, especially the disturbing presence of 20 year old Daniel, who, between his drug binges, could see what Stern was, and decided to eliminate Daniel. Daniel, being a whacked out druggie, was a sitting duck for a lethal OD of any number of substances that could not be traced to Stern under circumstances where Stern couldn't raise a reasonable doubt about the drugs' provenance.
IMHO, having done Daniel so effectively, Stern then turned his attention to the even more drugged up and neurotic Anna and untraceably provided just the little bit of extra juice needed to bump her off. Now, if he's declared the baby's father or can produce a will that makes him Anna's beneficiary, he can cut a deal, settle Anna's lawsuit, and walk off with 20 or 30 million dollars.
