BTW: IIRC, only a federal judge can "undo" the immunity of the real criminals.

by the way, border patrol is a job in afghanistan, or iraq, we don't protect the stink'n borders here.

Kind of like going to war and not following the exact Rules of Engagement. Don't get me wrong, rape and 1st degree of civilians ought to be prosecuted. But gee whiz, this is a war after all.

Yep, your job is to stop the invaders while your Commander in Chief waves them in. I've seen rankings of job satisfaction within the federal government and border patrol is near the bottom.
