If Mr. Boyd really was a Green Beret; then I'm sure if he puts his thinking cap (beret) back on; he will realize that terrorism is global and that is why we are fighting the war on terror.

BTW, our enemies like to hear whiners like Mr. Boyd. His whine gives our enemies the false impression that we are cowering before them -- which we are not.
