Meanwhile, a judge on Friday refused to order an emergency DNA test on the body of Anna Nicole Smith as part of a paternity suit involving her infant daughter, but he ordered that the body be preserved until a hearing in 10 days, attorneys said. How do the think that the little baby got inside of Anna anyway?

I didn't understand this either, until someone said that Burkhead's attorney wanted to make sure that if they got the baby, that it was really Anna Nicole's baby and not a switcheroo.

How do the think that the little baby got inside of Anna anyway? Well there are two things that come to mind on the subject: 1) you want to compare the contributions from the mother to the child, and see that the difference has to come from the father; 2) you actually can have a maternity question in the case of reverse-twinning (some people call it chimeraism), so the sample has to come from certain tissue types.
