Do you need rail lines and utilities running alongside you on your commute? Or would separating out the trucks into a new freight-only corridor -- and upgrading I-35 for passenger vehicles only -- meet your needs?
IOW, do you need the full-blown TTC -- or do you just need a good (and toll-free) car trip from SA to D-FW?
