I just heard what amounts to a bombshell for a motive for Stern to kill Smith. Of course Fox News glossed right over it, only mentioning it in passing. Anyway, two or three days ago Smith was ordered to submit herself and the baby to DNA testing in the paternity case. With Smith dead, that order isn't enforceable, and now Stern is completely in the driver's seat, especially since the court today denied Birkhead's motion for emergency DNA testing on Smith.

Autopsy says death suspicious but nothing further.

Stern has won. I believe he committed two murders.

He may have temporarily won but the other "father" will press for a DNA test to determine paternity. That won't go away. If anything it will HEAT UP - especially when it the mothers' death appears to be SUSPICIOUS.

I don't know if we can forced extradition of the baby and Howard Stern. Maybe they could go there and with cooperation from THAT government obtain what they need to determine who is the father. There is allot of money at stake and that baby has NO BUSINESS with this creep. I hope Anna's mother steps in for custody of the baby. THAT would make the most sense - what's best for the little baby.
