I could scream...its going to be another runaway bride story. We are going to hear this each night for who knows how long. I wish they would just stop with stories like this. Maybe the woman flipped and was under stress ...who knows and who really cares except for the involved parties? Shuttle pilot Bill Oefelein's ex-wife's mom claimed yesterday that Lisa Nowak's gravitations toward the flyboy caused his marriage to crash and burn in 2005.
This has evidently been going on a lot longer than I thought.

We don't know what was going on in his marriage, or even if his mother knew either. What we DO know, is that Oefelien is a good man.
Even if the article is correct, Oefelein wont be the first man to have his life turned upside down by a crazy chick.

I'm sorry, she may have a very valid opinion on all this, but dear God, that line sounds so ridiculous.
I don't want to know anything more. I have heard enough already. I would rather hear about earthworms being used in compost heaps then this kind of news. We heard it once ...fine . I just don't need to hear it night after night. Do you? It gets so over played for me.
I saw that. Wow. Think of the poor little baby girl -- her paternity is currently being disputed in court, her adult brother died a few days after her birth, and now her mom is dead :-(

If a man did what Nowak did, he would not be out of jail!

No, we know he is a good pilot. And Nowak also had a perfect career until this. We don't know who took the first steps in turning lives upside down and ending marriages. Just because Nowak has gone nutters is no reason to assume it was her.
