PING!
A federal report released Wednesday on the shooting of a suspected drug smuggler by Border Patrol agents concurs with prosecutors that the men failed to report the shooting, destroyed evidence and lied to investigators.
You gotta love the fact that the author of this report was Elizabeth Redman, the same one that the DHS-OIG just admitted lied to Congressmen Poe, McCaul, Culberson, et al. Amazing.

Oh, nooooo... and how many people, right here, who have no clue about her history will read and believe it?

No surprise that the "BP Agents Lied" story gets front page MSM coverage while the "DHS officials lied" story gets all but completely ignored.
It's tough going when the MSM, all Democrat politicians, and many Republican politicians are all on the same (criminal) side.

Dianne Feinstein and the Democrats now looking for piece of the action. Marvelous oppo to look "tough" on the border without actually doing anything. Illegal aliens next beneficiaries of "Civil Rights" legislation.
IMHO, this means that a face-saving compromise is under way. Convicted agents will benefit from palliative measures, but don't look for a pardon. Smelly bits about to go under rug.

I have to stick with my prediction; this is the issue that will get enough Republicans on board to impeach Bush. Why is he allowing himself to go down?
