At a Cubs game last summer the Blue Angels were in town and went to it. They got a standing ovation from the bleachers they were sitting in.
I heard one of the pilots talking about it on the radio and he said it was unforgettable.

Thanks, Howlin. We could all use a "good news" ping.

What a wonderful thing to happen for this hero. It is going to really break my heart if for some reason the puke in this country can turn this nation's citizens to a point where they would not have the highest regards for those that serve our country in uniform. NAM was a TRUE HORROR STORY FOR OUR BRAVE MEN THAT HAD TO GIVE SO MUCH ONLY TO BE SPIT UPON.
May such a thing never again happen.
They are our sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, sisters, and brothers, nephews, friends, fellow civilian worker assocites.
Damn! They serve our country with a spirit that seldom is seen amoung our civilian ranks. We owe them MUCH!
