SHS and ETS are the same thing. I make the distinction between smoking and ETS. Don't get yourself confused.
I have lost loved ones to drug abuse, not to drug use. I still think that all drugs should be legalized and no government handouts given to drug abusers. If they're stupid enough to kill themselves with drugs, so be it. It's called chlorinating the gene pool.

Will/can you say the same about smokers?

Whether a substance provides anything beyond enjoyment to the user is beside the point. As long as it doesn't cause harm to another it should be up to the owner of the property to allow, or disallow, it's use.

It's very easy to take away someone's rights, when you don't have any exposure to the possible taking of rights.
