HILLARY'S TOP DONOR SUES TOM FITTON AND JUDICIAL WATCH FOR FUNDRAISING ABUSE, MALPRACTICE AND ETHICS VIOLATIONS

Peter Paul Files Suit Against Public Watchdog Group for Withholding Millions Donated to Support His Civil Fraud Suit Against Hillary and Bill Clinton

Fitton and Judicial Watch Abandoned Paul as Client and Misrepresented to Their Donors That They Were Still Representing Him to Raise More Money

(Washington, D.C., February 6, 2007). Peter Paul, former partner of Spider Man creator Stan Lee, sued his former counsel, Judicial Watch and its current president Tom Fitton, and directors Paul Orfanedes and Chris Farrell, over fundraising abuses, legal malpractice, and professional ethics, false advertising, as well as copyright infringement. The Complaint alleges that the public interest group had since October 2003 raised millions to support Paul's whistleblowing activities against the Clintons and then withheld the money from its intended purpose.

The Complaint also alleges that Fitton and Judicial Watch misused donor monies and deprived Paul of competent legal representation in defending himself against securities charges relating to his efforts to save Stan Lee Media from collapsing due to Clinton frauds, as well as prosecuting a civil suit against the Clintons for their business frauds. Bill Clinton had agreed to sit on the Board of Stan Lee Media once he left office in exchange for $17 million in stock options.

The complaint against Fitton and Judicial Watch alleges that Defendants breached the agreements with Paul when they unilaterally and without consent, and over the objections of Paul withdrew in November, 2004, and April, 2005, from representing Paul after unsuccessfully coercing him to renegotiate their representation agreement. They subsequently refused to pay legal fees and costs associated with Paul’s legal defenses and with regard to his California fraud case against the Clintons for more than $60 million in damages. (see www.hillcap.org)

After abandoning Paul, Fitton and Judicial Watch continued to raise money attributing Paul's against the Clintons as their own. They intentionally interfered with Paul's successor public interest legal representation through US Justice Foundation, to confuse the tens of thousands of donors who were supporting Paul.(See www.hillcap.org)

The complaint also charges Fitton with the unauthorized practice of law, as Fitton is alleged to have controlled Paul’s legal representation. Fitton is not a lawyer.

Fitton and Judicial Watch, and two of its current directors, Paul Orfanedes and Chris Farrell, have also been sued by Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman over similar allegations of fundraising and other ethical abuse. Recently, Klayman obtained a favorable decision by the same federal court which will hear Paul’s case, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, denying Fitton’s motion to dismiss. In the 48 page decision, the court finds that if Mr. Klayman is successful in his suit, he can regain control of Judicial Watch. See www.savingjducialwatch.com. Klayman left in 2003 to run for the U.S. Senate in Florida.

Fitton, Orfanedes, Farrell and Judicial Watch have also been sued by a donor, Louise Benson, who charges that they misused and misappropriated donor monies raised to purchase the building the organization now rents, and by the former director of the Miami district office, Sandra Cobas, for alleged defamation.

The Paul, Klayman and Benson suits were filed by the Philadelphia law firm of Spector, Gordon and Rosen. These Complaints can be found at www.savingjudicialwatch.com

It would be different to paint JW as the rat's in this one: BUT - IF (big "if" there) they screwed up what they raised using Paul's name and case and DIDN'T give him the services that they promised, then he may have a case.
NOTICE THAT THE MSM IGNORED THIS CASE UNTIL A PROBLEM CAME UP IN THE PAUL/JW SIDE OF THE CASE. HILLARY/CLINTON/PAST CORRUPTION IS/WAS/WILL BE IGNORED!!!!!

I saw Klayman at the Freeper Inaugural Silverware Party in 2001. He looked angry, disaffected, and bitter -- even while standing on stage with the band.
