I know all that but maybe Rudy doesn't or wasn't the one that was so zelous about it in NYC. There are a few dems in NYC city government I would guess. Don't blame Rudy for them.

He considers his actions reasonable and effective. Doesn't matter if he was solely responsible, he embraces them as part of his position on gun ownership.
