We weren't talking about a fire, we were talking about policemen stopping traffic.

Keep up or take notes.

It's not about firemen, police or crossing guards and whether they take risks in the normal course of their duties. It's about public safety officers being put in harm's way unnecessarily.

Your house catchs fire, a fireman dies, you don't get a murder charge. Burn your house and a fireman dies, you get charged. You put a cop in a situation they don't have to be in and they die, tag, you're it.
