jwalsh07 provided the link below on another thread. In the Assn., United States Army, Government Affairs Handbook it shows that Hunter was a First Lieutenant.

In the article for this thread a retired Navy Seal says Hunter he was an Enlisted Man.

BTW, Hunter's office has yet to return my call. More questions than answers.
