There are risks to all vaccinations. You do realize that.
We have a friend whose daughter died after a DPT shot.
Cervical cancer is fairly rare can be detected early and treated with routine pap smears, and there are no risks involved in doing routine pap smears. It seems like the best way to prevent/treat cervical cancer is through pap smears.
The risks for this vaccine are too high.

"Cervical cancer is fairly rare"
The American Cancer Society estimates that in 2007, about 11,150 cases of invasive cervical cancer will be diagnosed in the United States Noninvasive cervical cancer (carcinoma in situ) is another 45,000.
"can be detected early and treated with routine pap smears,"
Pap smears do detect the cancer, but the treatment is surgical removal of the cervix, et al, or, if one of the "lucky" 11,150 removal, chemotherapy, and radiation. Of that 11,150, 3,700 still die.
