Well, thank you, and I'm sorry if you felt I was too personal. I've never been a public librarian, so I don't know the ALA "agenda" as you seem to, but it's apparent that you had some kind of personal altercation with someone at a library, and that seems to be what's motivating this.
I'm with Saquin (sp?); the library followed protocol and was, very rapidly, prepared to cooperate.

Well, I never had any altercations with any librarians. I'm just tired of seeing the continuing stream of public library child rapes and molestations that CIPA was designed in part to help stop but continues anyway in part, possibly, because the ALA advises libraries to circumvent the law.
Now the claim the library was "prepared to cooperate" is pure point of view. The facts say the library refused to cooperate. That's a 180 degree difference. The library refused to cooperate, but you are misleading people into thinking the library was prepared to cooperate. They did, later, but only after first refusing.
How can anyone trust your arguments when you are so clearly reading your own biases into the facts?
