The facts about Reagan are difficult to deal with, I know. Because he wasn't perfect. Most of us knew that and voted for him twice anyway. But some of you just had blinders on and seem to think he never made mistakes. And then you think we're going to listen to someone like you??? hahahaha

There is a difference with Ronald Reagan. His radio commentaries, which he did for many years, made it very easy for anyone to understand what his basic beliefs and values were.

He did not always govern in accordance with those values (of course, it's only fair to point out that as President, he had to deal with a Democrat-controlled House), but he was, especially by the standards of the time, definitely a conservative.
